How it works

A simple, high-trust process from pickup to return.

Everything is handled by our husband-and-wife team. You always know where your order is and who is caring for it.

1) Scheduling and pickup

Book online and choose your preferred pickup window:

  • Early morning: 5-7 AM
  • Evening: 6-10 PM

Leave your bag at your front door or approved location. We text you at pickup and before delivery return.

2) Washing standards

  • Cold water by default for fabric care
  • Towels and bedding washed warm unless directed otherwise
  • Hot wash available for whites upon request
  • Sanitize cycles available as an add-on

3) Detergent and finishing

Our default detergent is Molly Suds Fragrance Free (clean-ingredient and dye-free). Subscribers can request alternatives or provide their own detergent.

Every order is folded and neatly bagged for easy put-away.

4) Turnaround and support

  • Standard turnaround: about 48 hours
  • Express same-day available based on route capacity
  • Weather or holiday delays communicated proactively

If anything is not right, contact us within 24 hours and we will make it right with a rewash or fair credit.

Items we cannot accept

Dry-clean-only garments

We can coordinate referral cleaning for an additional fee.

Heavily soiled pet bedding

Items with significant pet waste cannot be processed.

Bodily-fluid contamination

For safety reasons, unrinsed biohazard items are refused.

Long-sealed wet laundry

Wet items sealed over 24 hours can mildew and transfer odor.
